Pre-Press
Your Brand is Our Brand, Your Image is Our Image! For over 45 years, our pre-press department has continuously updated our software and equipment to transform your art into packaging that "Jumps Off The Shelves." CPG uses both GMG and Kodak approved NX color management systems.

10 Color Printing
CPG invests in new and emerging technologies. All of our presses are 10 color, featuring: High speed 1300 FPM Pre-Register - Click n' Drag Re-registration for matte/gloss 150-175 line screen in HD Computerized viscosity control Computerized ink blending system

Lamination
CPG offers a wide range on film options from simple laminated structures to multi-layer barrier structures. We use solventless and solvent based lamination processes. With 5 Inno-Lok machines, CPG is the largest manufacturer of Inno-Lok prezippered film in the United States. In addition to the Inno-Lok®, we also manufacture the following pre-zippered films: Zip360® Pour & Lok® Bag top zipper

Specialty Pouches
Fitments / Spouts – Drinking or Pouring Spouts are a means of dispensing liquid from a Stand up Pouch. Various styles and sizes of fitments and spouts are available, depending on the products requirements

Preco Laser Systems
CPG uses Preco Laser Systems to create easy-tear opening features on our packaging material (laser scoring). In addition we offer laser micro-perf films for microwave packaging. The Preco Laser System can also laser-perf film to achieve specific OTR.
